Summary

THE LINEAR RESPONSE OF A SYSTEM OF PARAELECTRICAL CENTERS TO EXTERNAL ACOUSTIC PERTURBATION IS CONSIDERED. SUBSTITUTIONAL PARAELECTRICAL CENTERS INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER AND WITH LATTICE VIBRATIONS. THE LINEAR RESPONSE CONSISTS OF RESONANT AND RELAXATION PARTS. COLLECTIVIZATION OF ONE-PARTICLE STATES OF THE PARAELECTRICAL CENTERS LEADS TO TEMPERATURE ANOMALIES OF THE DISSIPATIVE PART OF THE ACOUSTIC SUSCEPTIBILITY.
