Low temperature linear magnetic field sensor based on magnetoresistance of the perovskite oxide LSCO.
Author(s) : MAHENDIRAN R., RAYCHAUDHURI A. K., CHAINANI A., SARMA D. D.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The magnetoresistance of LSCO is negative and is linear in field up to at least 7 T. It is temperature independent for temperature not higher than 60 K and has a small anisotropy (20%) with respect to the direction of the measuring field.
