Summary
The problem of rehabilitation of the external appearance of a man by removal of innate and acquired defects is of great importance. The most rational method of treatment of newborns having benign tumors are cryogenic, Cryo-Super-High-Frequency, hormonal, sclerosed, radiation methods and a combined method as well. A correct choice of the method for hemangiomas treatment allows obtaining a good medical functional and cosmetic result (99.8%). A combined method of treatment of innate defects of blood vessels dilatation (local phlebectasia) including sclerosed therapy, surgical method and local super-high-frequency destruction yields a good medical result (96%). Capillary angiodysplasia, nevus pigmentosis, scars etc. represent a major portion of innate and acquired cosmetic defects. The paper deals with the experience of treatment of innate and acquired defects of skin in more than 10 thousand children using the methods of selective laser photocoagulation with definition of parameters of laser irradiation.
