Measurement of the liquid phase in the suction line fluid of refrigerating systems.
Messung des Anteils der Flüssigphase am Fluid der Saugleitung von Kälteanlagen.
Author(s) : BUCK W. C.
Type of article: Article
Summary
A thermal anemometer was applied in order to investigate the composition of the suction line fluid of a refrigerating system. The size of the droplets consisting of refrigerant and of refrigerating oil was determined. Additionally, mass velocity of the liquid phase was measured as a function of mass velocity of the gas phase for two different working conditions.
