Mechanism of absorption enhancement by surfactant.

Author(s) : DAIGUJI H., HIHARA E., SAITO T.

Summary

In order to investigate the effect of absorption enhancement by surfactant quantitatively, experimental measurement of vapour mass absorbed in a stagnant pool of solution and theoretical analysis based on the idea of salting out effect were carried out. The mechanism of interfacial turbulence was reasonably explained by salting out effect.
