Summary
This study constitutes a continuation of the analysis of the research in the area of the calculation of flow resistances in the two-phase flow in minichannels, published in number 3/2008. Five corrections to modify the determination of C constant in Lockhart-Martinelli method were considered. The results of the calculations of the adiabatic resistance of the flow of a water and air mixture were compared with the results of the authors' experimental research. The research was conducted with the use of 8 minichannels with internal diameters of 1.05-2.30 mm. It was found that the best approximation of the research results is obtained while using the modification as proposed by Mishima & Hibiki.
