[In Italian. / En italien.]
Type of article: Article
Summary
IN HEATING AND COOLING PLANT, THE FLUID FLOW RATE IS SOMETIMES CONTROLLED BY SEVERAL VALVES, EACH HAVING A SAFETY OR REGULATING FUNCTION WITH RESPECT TO DIFFERENT VARIABLES. ALL THESE FUNCTIONS CAN HOWEVER BE PERFORMED BY A SINGLE VALVE WHICH IN TURN IS CONTROLLED BY A VARIABLE. THE MAIN FEATURE OF THIS VALVE IS ITS LINKAGE WITH TWO CONTROLLING ELEMENTS, BUT MORE THAN TWO ELEMENTS CAN BE LINKED BY MOUNTING THE VALVES IN CASCADE. E. F.
