Summary

These two volumes include the papers presented during the conference, held in Bucarest (Rumania), in May 1993. Those of the first volume are particularly on refrigerating and cryogenic plants; the second volume deals with reciprocating compressors and numerical modelling of thermal processes. The most interesting papers will be abstracted in a future issue of the Bulletin.
