Summary
The town hall of Gauchy (Aisne) is heated and cooled by fan-coil units. The hot batteries of this equipment are supplied with water from a condensation boiler, which provides a very economical solution. Natural gas, and a high-performance technique, take part in the air conditioning, thereby significantly reducing the operating cost.
