Nitrogen plant for high-purity gas and standard liquid.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology required a supply of high-purity nitrogen gas for purging and a conventional supply of liquid nitrogen for cooling cryogenic systems. To avoid the need of two cryogenerators, the double vessel was designed to liquefy both the high-purity and conventional nitrogen using the same unit.
