On more correct definition of the finned surface efficiency while existing contact thermal resistance in the fins root.

Summary
The paper deals with the exact way of calculation of coefficients of finned tube heat transition, when the efficiency of the finned surface shows itself as explicit function of the contact thermal resistance brought down to the actual surface of contact of the tube and the fin. The suggested calculation method is compared with existing usual method which does not take into consideration the influence of the contact resistances on efficiency of finned surface, but takes them as special additional thermal resistance brought down to the all outer surface of finned tube.
