Summary
A packaged cryogenic plant is described, in which liquid oxygen is obtained with the high purity of a volume concentration of 99.999%. The process used is the rectification of the liquid oxygen at low tempeature. The removal of impurities, by boiling at low and high temperature, is carried out in two rectification columns in series in the process line. The principle diagram is given, together with the main technical characteristics. C.C.
