Performance of a refrigerating ejector machine with two fluids of different molar mass.

Summary
In a trithermal ejector machine, either the same fluid or two different types of fluid can be used for the drive and refrigerating loops. The experiments of the authors and others show that an improvement in ejector performance can be achieved when the molar mass of the fluid of the refrigerating loop is greater than that of the drive loop fluid. A model of mono-dimensional flow in the ejector was developed. These results were in good agreement with the experimental measurements.
