pH stable brine with an effective corrosion inhibitor for air-dehumidification applications.

Summary

A dehumidifier is usually made of mild steel although new designs generally use reinforced plastic materials. Some parts of the equipment are also made of copper or copper containing alloys. A new proprietary corrosion inhibitor used in the study offered corrosion protection better than the conventional molybdate inhibitor.
