Summary

Methods of production of high-purity substances from technically pure cryoproducts, an adsorption method and a method of low-temperature rectification, are considered. A method of low-temperature rectification has better prospects for use in industrial independent modules. Different versions of circuits for rectification purification of cryoproducts have been compared.
