Summary
The existing schemes of ice water production plants are different. A number of solutions has been considered, and a vacuum method of production of ice water consisting in the formation of the composition of thin alternating layers of water and ice in the reactor-accumulator of cold is described in detail. A scheme of the installation, the calculation of time for formation of thin layer of ice, and the plots of relationships between ice layer thickness and evacuation time are presented. The proposed technology of ice water production is simple, doesn't require measures to overcome blocking of nozzle devices by ice and accurate maintaining of pressure drop on the line of water supply to a nozzle duct.
