Summary

The Energy Research Centre of Ecole des Mines, in Paris, presents the results of a field test campaign, in a hypermarket, performed on the refrigeration facility. A high pressure (condensation) regulating device, allowing the compressor to run in optimal conditions is presented. All the year round, the system allows the lowest possible condensing temperature along with the sufficient pressure to correctly feed the thermostatic valves. They call this system "floating high pressure".
