DESCRIBES THE 3 TYPES OF ILLNESSES ASSOCIATED WITH WATER IN BUILDINGSERVICES: 1) HUMIDIFIER FEVER, 2) PONTIAC FEVER ; AND 3) LEGIONNAIRES' DISEASE. LISTS 4 FACTORS WHICH CAN REDUCE THE RISK OF WATERBORNE ILLNESSES. EXAMINES THE RANGE OF WATER SERVICES IN BUILDINGS, THE NORMAL OPERATING TEMPERATURES AND RESIDENCE TIME OF THE WATER.
