Summary

IT IS SHOWN EXPERIMENTALLY THAT THE FORMATION OF RANDOM PATHS IS POSSIBLE IN A TWO-DIMENSIONAL SET OF BOUND SUPERCONDUCTING GRAINS. A QUASIPARTICLE TUNNELING WITH THE MANIFESTATION OF ENERGY GAP PECULIARITY TAKES PLACE ALONG THESE PATHS. EFFECTS ARE SEPARATELY CONNECTED WITH FLOW OF VORTICES WHICH CREATE A POTENTIAL ON THE TUNNELING LINE AND FORM RESISTIVE AND NORMAL DOMAINS NEAR IT. VOLTAGE OSCILLATIONS ARE EXPLAINED ON CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE FILM NEAR THE REGION OF GAP PECULIARITY MANIFESTATION.
