Summary

AN OSCILLATING CONTRIBUTION HAS BEEN FOUND TO TUNNELING DENSITY OF STATES OF LAMINATED STRUCTURE FORMED BY A SUPERCONDUCTOR FILM WHERE THE MINIMUM OF ONE OF THE BANDS IS NEAR THE FERMI LEVEL, AND A NORMAL METAL FILM. IT IS SHOWN THAT THE CHANGE OF THE SUPERCONDUCTOR FERMI SURFACE TOPOLOGY AS A RESULT OF THE CONSIDERED BAND FILLING LEADS TO THE APPEARANCE OF ADDITIONAL GROUPS OF OSCILLATIONS IN TUNNELING CONDUCTIVITY. THE POSSIBILITY OF EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION OF THIS EFFECT IS DISCUSSED.
