Summary
To prevent condensation on the internal ceilings of skating-rink premises, they are covered with thin heat-insulating mats coated with aluminium foil, reducing the radiant heat flow to the ice surface. In case of operation of ice field air-conditioning system in the skating rink premises, there is no moisture condensation on girders and ceilings due to active recirculation of air in the inter-girder space. In case of stopping of the air-conditioning system, dehumidifiers based on refrigerating machines, providing necessary air humidity of inter-girder space, are used.
