Recovery and utilization of waste heat in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
Author(s) : HASSAN G. A. al-
Type of article: Article
Summary
The purpose of this research is to recover waste heat from the high temperature superheated refrigerants of ammonia and R-22 systems. Furthermore, studying, design and manufacturing of a vented double wall type heat exchanger to increase the heat transfer surface and to improve the efficiency of refrigeration units and to achieve relatively high liquid outlet temperatures with relatively low flow rates.
