Summary
Arthur Morris and Partners proposed a new design to improve the chilled water generating and storage system at the Sanbel building in Bellville, Cape Town. The modifications had a major effect on the performance of the air-conditioning system, which led to significant energy savings and reduced the electrical cost of the building by 52%.
