Summary
A 10-year refurbishment plan for the Washington military centre includes renovation, without interrupting the service, of the HVAC systems, many parts of which have been working for 50 years. New concentric ring mains for chilled and hot water, and steam, will be supplied from old and new plant rooms until the scheme is complete. Planned extension to 98.6 megawatt chiller capacity. A.R.T.
