Summary

After having collected the essential data for predictive calculations, the acoustic engineer tried to obtain the acoustic pressure level necessary for the premises to be protected, expressed in different forms and more or less complete in the current projects. Then, he had to know the acoustic characteristics of the equipment placed in the premises as a function of frequency, taking into account the often impractical acoustic performances announced by the constructors.
