THE RETROFIT CONSISTS PRIMARILY OF RE-ENGINEERING THE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEMS. AFTER TWO YEARS OF OPERATION THE MODIFICATIONS HAVE REDUCED THE ANNUAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION BY 55 PERCENT. THE MODIFICATIONS INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS: KEY ZONE CONTROL, INTERVAL TIMER CONTROL, ADJUSTMENT OF HVAC CONTROLS, VACATION SWITCHES, INSTALLATION OF AUXILIARY UNITS, REDUCTION OF FAN SPEEDS BY 30 PERCENT, LIGHTING REDUCTIONS AND ENERGY CONSCIOUS CHILLER MODIFICATIONS.
