Summary
Bare-root transport is a relatively recent avenue of research; it reduces transport costs by eliminating the culture medium and containers. Also, this method satisfies sanitary restrictions in certain countries. This work aims to evaluate the storage ability of bare-root plants compared to potted plants. The storage properties of the plants under investigation as well as long-term transport problems are given.
