British shoppers have fallen out of love with frozen seafood. Over the past 8 years none of the frozen segments have experienced volume growth. But, over the past 12 months frozen natural and frozen dusted seafood are leading the recovery. From 1993 to 2015 , frozen seafood experienced price driven growth, volume fell by - 12%, with value increasing by 16% . I n comparison , chilled seafood increased retail volume by 38% and value by 254%.
