Sensibilité du coefficient K au taux de brassage dans les emballages isothermes : quel impact sur les propriétés de surface ?

Type of article: Article
Summary
Thermal convections influence the K coefficient of thermal transmission through a packaging insulating material. New ways to improve the insulation efficiency thanks to the addition of specific surface properties are suggested. By the means of a comparison between different protocols applied to small-sized packaging, namely ATP and Astm-C518, the convection coefficient of the insulated boards is shown to play a role. New surface properties of boards aiming at the lowering of the convection coefficient might provide results in terms of energy savings dealing with food and pharmaceutical cold-chain issues.
