PROCEEDS TO TREAT HEAT PUMP INSTALLATIONS PLUS ENERGY ROOFS. NOTES THAT FOR HEAT PUMPS SOME ALREADY EXISTING REGULATIONS ARE APPLICABLE. FOR SOLAR HEATING SYSTEMS A SYNTHESIS HAS TO BE FOUND BETWEEN TRADITIONAL HEATING TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE GAINED WITH NOVEL EQUIPMENT OVER A BRIEF TIMESPAN. (INT. BUILD. SERV.
