Summary

THE ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY OF ABSORPTION HEAT TRANSFORMERS DEPENDS ON THE SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF ABSORPTION MACHINES REPRESENTED IN THE THEORETICAL CYCLES OF ABSORPTION HEAT TRANSFORMERS AND IN THE PRESENCE OF IRREVERSIBLE LOSSES IN HEAT AND MASS EXCHANGE PROCESSES. BY THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS IT WAS ESTABLISHED THAT THE MAXIMUM ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY OF THE CYCLE OF THE ABSORPTION HEAT TRANSFORMER CAN BE REACHED BY THE TEMPERATURE RATIO IN THE RANGE IN WHICH IT OCCURS. THE USE OF ABSORPTION HEAT EXCHANGERS IS THE MOST EFFICIENT COMBINED HEATING SYSTEM, IE BY MEANS OF SECONDARY ENERGETIC RESOURCES.
