Specific heat of the YBCO ceramics: theoretical models and experiment.

[In Russian. / En russe.]

Summary

Specific heat measurement results are presented for the YBCO(-) ceramics in the temperature range 5-250 K. Various theoretical approaches to the lattice specific heat of high-temperature superconductors are analysed. A model including acoustical and optical phonon modes is proposed. On the basis of this model, different parameters of the YBCO(-) phonon system are determined, a comparative analysis of the superconducting and non-superconducting states is performed.
