Summary

There are ten ISO standards in this field which ranges from moderate to severe environments. Five of them are already European standards and four of these have just been published as UNI-EN standards. Moreover, nine standards are being prepared by ISO and two by CEN. The paper outlines the main aspects of the existing standards and the aims of some standards in preparation.
