Summary
The physico-chemical composition of fruits of 2 apple cultivars during storage depended on cultivar, location and storage temperature. Location-wise, apples from dry temperate high hills and cold desert agroclimatic location had higher overall acceptability compared with apples from sub-temperature sub-humid mid hills or wet temperate high hills under both storage temperatures.
