Summary
The heat transfer process of cryogenic liquid was studied. A group of variation curves of temperature vs. time were got through a gasification experiment of cryogenic liquid in a finned tube heat exchanger. A method of zoning calculation for gasification heat transfer process was proposed through analyzing the curves. Gasification process was divided into four sections such as liquid convection heat transfer section, gas-liquid two-phase boiling heat transfer section, liquid lacking section and gas convection heat transfer section. The applicable heat transfer correlations were summarized, and an example calculation was made. The method provided an reference for the similar calculation of gasification heat transfer process.
