Summary

In the paper, the application of the capacitance and pH sensor method to the LiBr concentration measurement was experimentally studied using a hygroscopic strong electrolyte, i.e. LiBr aqueous solution. As a result, it was clarified that capacitance and pH could be respectively expressed as an approximate function of non-dimensional solubility of the solute without regard to aqueous solution temperatures, and that the capacitance and pH sensor method was available in the very low concentration range and the pH sensor method was available in the high concentration range.
