Summary

THE SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES OF SYSTEMS WITH STRONG ELECTRON ATTRACTION ON ONE SITE ARE CONSIDERED IN THE LIMIT WHEN THE ATTRACTION IS STRONG COMPARED WITH THE BAND WIDTH. EXPRESSIONS ARE FOUND FOR THE CRITICAL MAGNETIC FIELDS. THE FLUCTUATION REGION IN SUPERCONDUCTORS WITH LOCAL PAIRS IS AS LARGE AS IN MAGNETIC SYSTEMS OR SUPERFLUID HELIUM. CORRESPONDINGLY, THE CRITICAL BEHAVIOUR AND ALSO THE DYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF THE SYSTEMS RESEMBLE THE PROPERTIES OF HELIUM II.
