Summary

MAGNETIC MEASUREMENTS OF THE CRITICAL MAGNETIC FIELDS FOR THE TWINNING PLANE SUPERCONDUCTIVITY ARE CARRIED OUT AT FIELD STRENGTHS AND TEMPERATURES CORRESPONDING TO THE METASTABLE SUPERCOOLED STATES FOR THE BULK SUPERCONDUCTIVITY. IT IS CONCLUDED THAT THE TWINNING PLANE SUPERCONDUCTIVITY STATES ARE SPATIALLY INHOMOGENEOUS. A CRITICAL TEMPERATURE AND LINE OF CRITICAL MAGNETIC FIELDS ARE OBSERVED WHICH APPARENTLY SHOULD BE INTERPRETED AS THE CRITICAL TEMPERATURE AND MAGNETIC FIELD OF THE BEREZINSKY-KOSTERLITZ-TAULESS TOPOLOGICAL PHASE TRANSITION.
