THETECHNICAL PLANT OF AN OFFICE BUILDING RECENTLY ERECTED I PARIS ARE DESCRIBED. THE OVERALL SURFACE AREA IS 61,000 M2 AND THE OVERALL AIR FLOW RATE IS HIGHER THAN 1,000,000 M3/HR. THE PLANT IS DIVERSIFIED: IT USES THE HOT AND COLD FLUIDS FROM THE DISTRICT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK AND ALSO FROM SELF-CONTAINED CENTRAL HEAT PUMP PLANT. THE PLANT AND THE DIFFERENT MEASURES TAKEN FOR ENERGY SAVING ARE DESCRIBED WITH SOME DETAIL, AND ALSO THE THREE SUPERVISION SYSTEMS WHICH -ALTHOUGH FROM DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS -DIALOG WITH ONE ANOTHER.
