Summary

AN ANALYTICAL SOLUTION WAS INVESTIGATED IN ORDER TO DESCRIBE THE TEMPERATURE PROFILE INSIDE A SOLAR COLLECTOR CONTAINING A SOLID GENERATOR FOR REFRIGERATION WITH AN INTERMITTENT CYCLE. THE SOLUTION FOUND WAS COMPARED TO TESTING IN SITU ; IT SHOULD PROVIDE AN EVALUATION OF ADDITIONAL LOSSES BEFORE THE COLLECTOR, RESULTING FROM TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCES. THE PURPOSE IS TO DESCRIBE THE EFFECT OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING THESE LOSSES IN ORDER TO RESEARCH FOR THE BEST WAY OF REDUCING THEM.
