THE AUTHORS HAVE INTRODUCED THE MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF ALL SPACE CURVED SURFACE ERRORS OF SCREW MACHINERY AND THE SETTING OF FUNCTIONAL SPACEFIGURE. THE MEASURING METHOD DESIGNED IS A COMBINATION OF THEMECHANISM AND GRID WITH MICROCOMPUTER TECHNIQUE, AND THE MEASUREMENT RESULTS OF THE CORRESPONDING FRAMEWORK JOINTS OF SPACE CURVED SURFACE HAVE BEEN DESCRIBED. THE OPTIMUM DESIGN HAS BEEN OBTAINED BY THEORETIC DERIVATION AND EXPERIMENT.
