THE IMPORTANCE OF CONTROL IN INDUSTRIAL VENTILATION.

[In German. / En allemand.]

Author(s) : SCHENA R.

Type of article: Article

Summary

DESPITE THE GREAT ADVANCES IN THE TECHNOLOGY, PROPER CONTROL IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE, AS THE DIFFERENT DEVICES ARE INSUFFICIENTLY SYNCHRONIZED, AND THE OPERATOR IS SOMETIMES INSUFFICIENTLY INFORMED ABOUT THEM. THE PROBLEM WITH STANDARD CONTROL DEVICES IS THAT THERE ARE TOO MANY FUNCTIONS TO BE CONTROLLED ; WITH PROGRAMMABLE DEVICES THE PROBLEM IS IN THE SOFTWARE. DIFFERENT OPERATING MODES AND OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT ARE DESCRIBED, AND GUIDELINES ARE OFFERED FOR TRAINING OF PERSONNEL AND COMMISSIONING. M. C.
