Summary
The temperature dependence peculiarities of the main parameters of the high-temperature superconducting Josephson junctions are investigated. It is found that in these junctions the weak link is provided through a semiconductive barrier layer. The experimental results and various theoretical models of Josephson junctions are compared in the framework of Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer theory.
