THE RESULTS OBTAINED WITH THIS SENSOR, ON AN EXPERIMENTAL FREEZER, ARE PRESENTED. IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT THIS SENSOR IS HIGHLY VALUABLE SINCE IT VERY RAPIDLY DETECTS DEFECTS OR MODIFICATIONS IN THE PLANT OPERATION.
