ITEMS OF THE CLASSIFICATION ARE COMPOSED OF HEAT EXCHANGE, TRANSPORTATION, EQUIPMENT AND ITS EFFICIENCY, ETC. THE A. STUDIED FUNCTIONS OF FLOW RATE WHICH OCCUPIED A MAIN PORTION IN ENERGY CONSUMPTION BY FANS AND PUMPS, AND HE MADE A . EVALUATING RESULTS OF CONSUMING SYSTEM. THIS PART CLASSIFIES AND EVALUATES MAINLY ACTUAL RESULTS OF ANNUAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION BY FANS AND PUMPS IN A STANDARD FLOOR IN A BUILDING, ACCORDING TO THE ALGORITHM DESCRIBED. POWER CONSUMPTION BY FANS IN AIR HANDLING UNITS, FAN-COIL UNITS AND VENTILATING SYSTEMS WERE CLASSIFIED AND EVALUATED. MATERIALLY, THE ANNUAL POWER CONSUMPTION BY FANS WAS CLASSIFIED AND POWER CONSUMPTION BY PUMPS EVALUATED. THE PIPING SYSTEM FOR CHILLED WATER IS AN THOSE EVALUATIONS AND METHODS FOR SOLUTION.
