Summary

Static dew-point cooling might be an alternative to the use of F-gases and an answer to the European CO2-policy. It makes cooling possible where this would hardly be feasible because of insufficient energy supply. This article explains the physical aspects of dew-point cooling by through the use of a Mollier diagramme. See also this Bulletin, reference 2007-0957.
