Summary

The quasiperiodic current pulses of negative charges, which arise on the background of the steady current in two-phase hcp-bcc helium 4 samples with 5% helium 3, were studied. The pulses were observed in the limited range of electric fields and temperatures below 1 K. The threshold character was found when pulses arise and disappear with the variation of temperature or applied field, revealing the existence region of pulses in the temperature-electric field coordinates. The data are interpreted within the model for the motion of charged small-angle grain boundaries.
