The teaching of the refrigeration techniques in Italy. The present situation.

Summary

A simplified scheme of Italian scolastic curriculum is given with some indication where it is possible that any concept of the refrigeration technique are taught. The situation of private schools, and with more detail the activity of a private school expressly oriented to the organization of practical courses in the field of the refrigeration technique is also reported.
