THE REASONS FOR THE DRAWING UP OF THE UNI-CTI 8886 STANDARD ON < TEST INSTALLATIONS FOR THERMAL-ENERGY METERS > ARE EXPLAINED ALONG WITH THE CRITERIA THAT THEN WENT INTO ITS DRAFTING.
