Summary

MEASUREMENTS OF THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY IN CHALCOGENIDE GLASSES ARSENIC-SULPHUR FROM 1 TO 30 K ARE REPORTED. THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF THESE SUBSTANCES DEPENDS ON THEIR STRUCTURES, THE LATTER CHANGING WITH COMPOSITION. THE EXPERIMENTAL DATA CAN BE QUALITATIVELY EXPLAINED IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE FRACTAL MODEL OF AMORPHOUS SOLIDS.
